Six Broomfield pupils spent the day at UCL on Saturday 18th February with our debating coach Mrs Chatterton, preparing three intense debates about parenting, artificial intelligence and the environment. They competed against pupils aged 13-18 from Eton College, St Pauls' Girls, Haberdashers and more. It was hard work but well worth it. Three of our pupils were completely new to debating and were very impressed with the standard. 'This really helps me grow' said one of our pupils.
