Over fifty Broomfield pupils have visited the Palace of Westminster, the Lords and the House of Commons, since April. They took part in a mock debate in the Commons, passing a law to give free transport to under-18s, with only one amendment which was not to allow free flights! As it was the Jubilee, we also visited Buckingham Palace. Not bad for the hottest day of the year.
