On Thursday, our Year 7’s went on a very special trip to the Royal Opera House to watch the ballet as part of our Culture Curriculum.
It was a fantastic day with some students having never been to Covent Garden before let alone the Royal Opera House. At Broomfield we value the importance of educating our students with as many cultural experiences as possible. We want our students to learn about what amazing opportunities exist on our doorstep in London, as well as what constitutes socially acceptable behaviour and conduct in an environment that is so uniquely different to school.
Our students were buzzing as they watched 3 different ballet performances and enjoyed ice cream during the interval.
